Oji Fibre brought in one of their European-imported fans that had developed severe vibration issues. With production downtime at stake, the fan was delivered to us on a Tuesday and was back in service by Friday.
The client supplied a replacement impeller and electric motor, and our team carried out the repair. The impeller was dynamically balanced to ISO G2.5 standards before being fitted to the fan. Once reassembled, the unit returned to smooth and reliable operation.
We often see fans from many different suppliers, not just our own. What matters to us is solving the problem for the customer, responding quickly, and keeping downtime to a minimum — no matter how big or small the job.
