Glenn is a chemical and process engineer with extensive experience in cement manufacturing, process optimisation and environmental performance. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in chemical and process engineering, with a focus on cement and wood processing, as well as process performance engineer accreditation.
His experience includes process auditing, root cause analysis, commissioning, waste heat recovery, emission control and the implementation of alternative fuels and raw materials across cement operations in Australia and internationally.
At Vortex, Glenn focuses on understanding customer requirements and translating operational challenges into practical engineering solutions, with particular experience in waste-to-energy, emissions control and the reuse of industrial materials.
