Vortex offers full commissioning and training services for every installation, tailored to meet client needs.
Commissioning can be provided as either Commissioning Supervision (with the client supplying the workforce) or full commissioning with Vortex providing all required personnel.
Our Commissioning Supervisor works closely with the client’s team to ensure smooth implementation, with safety as the top priority throughout all stages.
Training combines practical on-site demonstrations and classroom-style sessions using drawings, documentation, and presentations. We also offer ongoing training to support efficient and reliable operation throughout the equipment’s lifecycle.
Mechanical and Electrical Commissioning
- Cold Commissioning:
Begins with a thorough check of all components and circuits before power or process gas is applied. Following inspection, power is gradually introduced. Schedules are aligned with the client’s programme, and client personnel gain hands-on experience as part of their training. - Hot Commissioning:
Starts when process loads are gradually applied, transitioning the equipment into operational service.
